Prospects overview
Prospects are the foundation of your database: everything stems from prospect records. Prospects can be associated with your organization in a number of ways, such as donors, potential donors, volunteers, board and/or committee members, event registrants, or any combination thereof. Fostering and growing these relationships begins with successful upkeep and management of your prospect record data.
Use ClearView searching features to quickly and accurately find a prospect record. After you locate a prospect of interest, get to work right away on updating their record. Check their contact information to confirm it is correct, and make updates as needed. Add Actions that capture the details of your interactions with the prospect. Review their giving history with your organization to start making determinations on their viability as a major donor. All of that information -- and more -- is accessible within a prospect record.
ClearView was built for you to get the most out of your workday. Update records, analyze data, and interact with prospect records to support taking your organization's fundraising efforts to the next level.
