Prospect Summary Go To Menu

search-mainFrom a Prospect Summary, use the Go To menu to work with associated records.  This includes Actions, Addresses, Attachments, Donations, Emails, Memos, Opportunities, Payments, Phones and Research.

 

Using the Go To menu Actions feature

  1. Search for a prospect
  2. Towards the bottom-right of the screen, tap the ellipsis icon
    • The Go To menu displays.
  3. Tap Actions.
    • The Actions screen displays.
  4. Tap any action to view the details of the record.
    • The Actions detail screen displays.
  5. Work with the action you want.

Using the Go To menu Addresses feature

  1. Search for a prospect
  2. Towards the bottom-right of the screen, tap the ellipsis icon.
    • The Go To menu displays.
  3. Tap Addresses.
    • The Addresses screen displays.
  4. Tap an address to view the details of the record.
    • The Addresses detail screen displays.
  5. Flick down the screen to review the details of the record.
  6. Towards the bottom-left of the screen, page through multiple records as you want.
  7. Towards the top-right of the screen, optionally tap Edit to modify the record.
    • The Addresses screen is in edit mode.
  8. Tap a field you want to modify.
    • The edit options for that field display.
  9. Make the adjustments you want, and toward the top-right of the screen tap Done.
  10. Repeat editing additional fields as needed, then tap Save.
    • The updated Addresses record displays.

Using the Go To menu Attachments feature

  1. Search for a prospect
  2. Towards the bottom-right of the screen, tap the ellipsis icon.
    • The Go To menu displays.
  3. Tap Attachments.
    • The Attachments screen displays.
  4. Tap any attachment to view the file.
    • The file displays; tap Done after you view the file
  5. To attach a new image to the prospect record, towards the top-right of the screen tap the plus iconadd
    • The Attach Image pop-up window displays.
  6. Tap either Photo Library or Take Photo to attach an image.
    • After you take a photo or select an image from your own image library, the image is uploaded to the prospect record and made available from the Attachments screen.

Using the Go To menu Donations feature

  1. Search for a prospect
  2. Towards the bottom-right of the screen, tap the ellipsis icon.
    • The Go To menu displays.
  3. Tap Donations.
    • The Gifts screen displays.
  4. Tap any gift to view the details of the record.
    • The Gifts detail screen displays.
  5. Flick down the screen to review the details of the record.
  6. Towards the bottom-left of the screen, page through multiple records as you want.

Using the Go To menu Email feature

  1. Search for a prospect
  2. Towards the bottom-right of the screen, tap the ellipsis icon.
    • The Go To menu displays.
  3. Tap Emails.
    • The Emails screen displays.
  4. Tap an email address to view the details of the record.
    • The Emails detail screen displays.
  5. Flick down the screen to review the details of the record.
  6. Towards the bottom-left of the screen, page through multiple records as you want.
  7. Towards the top-right of the screen, optionally tap Edit to modify the record.
    • The Emails screen is in edit mode.
  8. Tap a field you want to modify.
    • The edit options for that field display.
  9. Make the adjustments you want, and toward the top-right of the screen tap Done.
  10. Repeat editing additional fields as needed, then tap Save.
    • The updated Emails record displays.

Using the Go To menu Memos feature

  1. Search for a prospect
  2. Towards the bottom-right of the screen, tap the ellipsis icon.
    • The Go To menu displays.
  3. Tap Memos.
    • The Memos screen displays.
  4. Work with memos as you want:
    • To edit a memo: Tap a memo you want to edit. Towards the top-right of the screen tap Edit. Tap any field you want to modify. Make any adjustments, and toward the top-right of the screen tap Done. Repeat editing additional fields as needed, then tap Save.
    • To create a new memo: Towards the top-right of the screen, tap the plus icon. The Add Memo screen displays. Enter information into the mandatory fields that are indicated with asterisks and any additional details you want such as Date and Text. Then tap Save.
  5. The Memos record displays.
    • Continue working with memos as needed.

Using the Go To menu Opportunities feature

  1. Search for a prospect
  2. Towards the bottom-right of the screen, tap the ellipsis icon.
    • The Go To menu displays.
  3. Tap Opportunities.
    • The Opportunities screen displays.
  4. Tap any opportunity to view the details of the record.
    • The Opportunities detail screen displays.
  5. Work with the opportunity as you want.

Using the Go To menu Payments feature

  1. Search for a prospect
  2. Towards the bottom-right of the screen, tap the ellipsis icon.
    • The Go To menu displays.
  3. Tap Payments.
    • The Payments screen displays.
  4. Tap any payment to view the details of the record.
    • The Payments detail screen displays.
  5. Flick down the screen to review the details of the record.
  6. Towards the bottom-left of the screen, page through multiple records as you want.

Using the Go To menu Phones feature

  1. Search for a prospect
  2. Towards the bottom-right of the screen, tap the ellipsis icon.
    • The Go To menu displays.
  3. Tap Phones.
    • The Phone Numbers screen displays.
  4. Tap a phone number to view the details of the record.
    • The Phone Numbers detail screen displays.
  5. Flick down the screen to review the details of the record.
  6. Towards the bottom-left of the screen, page through multiple records as you want.
  7. Towards the top-right of the screen, optionally tap Edit to modify the record.
    • The Phone Numbers screen is in edit mode.
  8. Tap a field you want to modify.
    • The edit options for that field display.
  9. Make the adjustments you want, and toward the top-right of the screen, tap Done.
  10. Repeat editing additional fields as needed, then tap Save.
    • The updated Phone Numbers record displays.

  1. Search for a prospect
  2. Towards the bottom-right of the screen, tap the ellipsis icon.

  3. Tap Research.

  4. Flick down the screen to review the list of records.
