Found on the main menu, use Organization Dashboard features to monitor prospect activity across your organization:
- Use the Gifts and Payments dashboards to stay in touch with recent donations made to your organization. Optionally filter the Gifts dashboard to focus on major gifts.
- Review Memberships and Registrations activity on those dashboards to keep an eye on who is engaging with your organization in those ways.
- Check in with the Birthdays dashboard for a convenient listing of your prospects celebrating a birthday in the next month.
Getting to the Organization Dashboard
- Towards the top-right of most ClearView CRM Mobile screens, tap the main menu icon.
- The main menu screen displays.
- Tap Organization Dashboard.
- The Dashboard screen displays.
- Tap any dashboard to review prospect activity of that nature.
Working with Organization Dashboards

Gifts Dashboard:
Displays a list of gifts from prospects Received Past 30 Days by your organization. From the drop-down menu, select a different filter option such as gifts Received Today or Major Gifts Past 30 Days.Memberships Dashboard:
Displays a list of prospects that have Reinstated Memberships with your organization. From the drop-down menu, select a different filter option such as Gift Memberships or Renewed Memberships.Payments Dashboard:
Displays a list of payments Received Past 7 Days by your organization. From the drop-down menu, select a different option, such as payments Received Today.Registrations Dashboard:
Displays a list of prospects who Registered Past 7 Days for an event with your organization. From the drop-down menu, select a different filter option such as Registered Today.Birthdays Dashboard:
Displays a list of your prospects with birthdays for the Next 30 Days (Mine Only). For prospects to be included in your list, you must be indicated as the Solicitor on their Prospect record, and the prospects must have Date of Birth on file in their Additional Demographics record.
