Actions - Viewing your scheduled Actions

  1. On My Homepage tap Actions.
    • The Actions screen displays.
  2. Towards the top-left of the screen, tap the drop-down menu and select All My Future Open from the list if it isn't already selected.
    • The list adjusts to only display open actions assigned to you that are scheduled in the future.
    • Next to the drop-down menu, optionally tap the arrow icon to adjust the sort order of the list, or select another choice from the drop-down menu.
  3. Tap any action on the list to review the details, make edits, complete the action or send the action to your calendar.

 

Actions - Creating an Action record for a prospect

  1. Search for a prospect
    • The Prospect Summary screen for the selected prospect displays.
    • Additionally, you can tap the add icon to add a new prospect or import contact information from your mobile device. See Adding a new Prospect.
  2. Towards the bottom of the Prospect Summary screen, on the footer menu tap the clipboard iconaction-add
    • The Add Action screen displays.
  3. Enter information in the mandatory fields that are indicated with asterisks and any additional details such as Action Type and Remark.
  4. Towards the top-right of the screen, tap Save.
    • The Prospect Summary screen displays.
    • Towards the bottom-right of the screen, tap the ellipsis icon, then Actions to review the record you just created and any others.

Actions - Creating an Action record associated with an existing Opportunity record

  1. On My Homepage tap Opportunities.
    • The Opportunities screen displays defaulted to display your own active records (i.e., the filter towards the top-left of the screen is defaulted to Owned by Me (Open)).
    • Next to the drop-down menu, optionally tap the arrow icon to adjust the sort order of the list, or select another choice from the drop-down menu.
  2. Tap a Proposal Number to view any opportunity from the list.
    • The Opportunities detail screen displays.
  3. Towards the bottom-left of the screen, tap the clipboard iconaction-add
    • The Add Action screen displays.
  4. Enter information in the mandatory fields that are indicated with asterisks and any additional details such as Action Type and Remark.
  5. Towards the top-right of the screen, tap Save.
    • The Opportunities record displays.
    • Towards the bottom-right of the screen, tap the ellipsis icon, then Actions to review the record you just created or any others on file.

You can also get to an Opportunity record direct from a Prospect Summary through the Go To menu.

 

Actions - Creating an Action record after making a phone call

After completing a Phone Call, you can optionally record your call notes and other information:

  1. Tap Yes to create an Action record of your call.
    • The Add Action screen displays.
    • Optionally enter any additional details, such as your notes in Remarks.
  2. Tap Save.
    • The record is saved as a completed action, and the Call screen displays.
    • Make another call as needed, or use the main menu to navigate elsewhere in the application.

Actions - Viewing existing Action records for a prospect

  1. Search for a prospect
  2. Towards the bottom-right of the screen, tap the ellipsis icon, then Actions to review a list of any existing actions on record for the prospect.
    • The Actions screen displays.
  3. Tap any record to see additional details about the action.

 

Actions - Sending an Action record to your calendar

  1. Search for a prospect
  2. Towards the bottom-right of the screen, tap the ellipsis icon, then Actions to review a list of any existing actions on record for the prospect.
    • The Actions screen displays.
  3. Tap any record to see additional details about the action.
    • The Actions detail screen displays.
  4. At the bottom of the screen, tap the calendar iconsend-calendar
    • Your calendar application launches; enter the appropriate calendar event.

 

Actions - Editing an Action record for a prospect

  1. Search for a prospect
  2. Towards the bottom-right of the screen, tap the ellipses icon, then Actions to review a list of any existing actions on record for the prospect.
    • The Actions screen displays.
  3. Tap the record that you want to edit.
    • The Actions detail screen displays.
  4. Towards the top-right of the screen, tap Edit.
    • The Actions screen is in edit mode.
  5. Tap any field.
    • The edit options for that field display.
  6. Make the adjustments, and towards the top-right of the screen tap Done.
  7. Repeat editing additional fields as needed, then tap Save.
    • The updated Actions record displays.

 

Actions - Completing an Action record for a prospect

    1. Search for a prospect
    2. Towards the bottom-right of the screen, tap the ellipsis icon, then Actions to review a list of any existing actions on record for the prospect.
      • The Actions screen displays.
    3. Tap the record that you want to complete.
      • The Actions detail screen displays.
    4. At the bottom of the screen, tap the checkmark icon
      • The Complete Action screen displays.
    5. Edit the information, such as adjusting the Completed On date or adding a Remark, and tap Save.
    6. The Actions screen displays, with the Completed On date filled in indicating the action is complete.

Locate - Locating a prospect's address on a map

  1. On My Homepage tap Locate.
    • The Locate screen displays, which includes a list of your Recently Viewed prospects.
  2. Tap a Recently Viewed prospect from the list, or tap Search and enter a prospect's name.
    • After tapping a prospect, the Select Address pop-up window displays.
  3. From the Select Address list, tap an address.
    • The primary address is the first address listed.
  4. Tap Locate to find your prospect.
    • A mapping application is launched, and a map displays that pinpoints the selected address.
    • Towards the top-left of the screen, tap Back to ClearViewCRM Mobile to go back to the Locate screen.

Once your prospect is located, use the mapping application's features and determine the best route to reach your destination.  ClearView CRM Mobile's Locate feature launches your device's map application.

 

Locate - Creating an Action record to document a meeting with a prospect

  1. Search for a prospect
  2. On the bottom of the screen, tap the clipboard icon.
    • The Add Action screen displays.
  3. Enter information in the mandatory fields that are indicated with asterisks, and the Completed On date, and any additional details you want such as Action Type and Remark.
  4. Towards the top-right of the screen, tap Save.
    • The Prospect Summary screen displays.
    • Towards the bottom-right of the screen, tap the ellipsis icon. Then from the Go To menu, tap Actions to review the record you just created and any others you want.

Locate - Creating an Action record associated with an existing Opportunity record to document a meeting with a major gifts prospect

  1. On My Homepage tap Opportunities.
    • The Opportunities screen displays, defaulted to show your own active records (i.e., the filter towards the top-left of the screen is defaulted to Owned by me (Open)).
    • Next to the drop-down menu, optionally tap the arrow icon to adjust the sort order of the list, or select another choice from the drop-down menu.
  2. Tap a Proposal Number to view that opportunity.
    • The Opportunities detail screen displays.
  3. Towards the bottom-left of the screen, from the footer bar tap the clipboard icon.
    • The Add Action screen displays.
    • The Opportunity field is automatically filled in, associating the action with the opportunity.
  4. Enter information in the mandatory fields that are indicated with asterisks and the Completed On date, and any additional details you want such as Action Type and Remark.
  5. Towards the top-right of the screen, tap Save.
    • The Opportunities screen displays.
    • Towards the bottom-right of the screen, tap the ellipsis icon, then Actions to review the record you just created and any others you want.

Additionally, you can work with an opportunity directly from a Prospect Summary record.

 

Locate - Completing an Action record that documents a meeting with prospect

        1. Search for a prospect
        2. Towards the bottom-left of the screen, tap the ellipses icon, then Actions to review a list of any existing actions on record for the prospect.
          • The Actions screen displays.
        3. Tap the action that you want to complete.
          • The Actions detail screen displays.
        4. At the bottom of the screen, tap the checkmark icon.
          • The Complete Action screen displays.
        5. Edit the information, such as adjusting the 

Completed On 

          date or adding a 

Remark

          , and tap 

Save

        .
    • The Action screen displays, with the Completed On date filled in indicating the action is now complete.

Navigation - Getting to the main menu

  1. Open ClearView CRM Mobile.
    • My Homepage displays.
  2. From My Homepage, tap any item to access the feature.

When you navigate away from the homepage, you can quickly return by selecting My Homepage from the main menu.

 

Navigation - Getting to My Homepage

  1. Open ClearView CRM Mobile.
    • My Homepage displays.
  2. Towards the top-right of the screen, tap the main menu iconmenuIcon
    • The main menu displays.
  3. Tap any item on the main menu to access the feature.

Get to the ClearView CRM Mobile main menu by tapping the main menu icon in the top-right corner of most screens.

 

Navigation - Logging out

  1. Towards the top-right of most screens in ClearView CRM Mobile, tap the main menu iconmenuIcon
    • The main menu displays.
  2. Tap Log Out.

 

 

Notifications - Creating and sending a Notification record

    1. Search for a prospect
    2. On the bottom of the screen, tap the bell icon.
    3. The Create Notification screen displays.
    4. From the Select Recipients drop-down menu, tap one or more recipients to receive the notification.
    5. In the Message box, type your message.
    6. Tap Send.
    7. The Prospect Summary screen displays, and your message has been sent.

Notifications - Checking and replying to Notifications

  1. On My Homepage, tap Notifications.
    • The Notifications screen displays, showing your most recently received messages at the top of the list.
  2. Use the Unread and All buttons to adjust your Notifications list.
  3. Tap any message.
    • The Notification detail screen displays, with the most recent message in the thread at the top of the list.
  4. Work with the message as needed:
    • Tap any Read checkbox to mark the message or any reply as read.
    • Tap Reply to respond to the message.  Adjust the Select Recipients list as needed, type a Message, and tap Send.
    • Towards the top-left of the screen, tap the back arrow to go back to your full list of notifications.
  5. Back on the Notifications screen, continue to work with your messages.

You can send a new message to a colleague about a particular prospect from the Prospect Summary itself using the Notifications footer menu option.

 

Viewing an Opportunity record

  1. On My Homepage tap Opportunities.
    • The Opportunities screen displays, defaulted to display your own active records (i.e., the filter towards the top-left of the screen is defaulted to Owned by Me (Open)).
    • Next to the drop-down menu, optionally tap the arrow icon to adjust the sort order of the list, or select another choice from the drop-down menu.
  2. Tap a Proposal Number to view any opportunity from the list.
    • The Opportunities detail screen displays.

You can also work with Opportunity records direct from a Prospect Summary through the Go To menu.

 

 Editing an Opportunity record

  1. On My Homepage tap Opportunities.
    • The Opportunities screen displays, defaulted to display your own active records (i.e., the filter towards the top-left of the screen is defaulted to Owned by Me (Open)).
    • Next to the drop-down menu, optionally tap the arrow icon to adjust the sort order of the list, or select another choice from the drop-down menu.
  2. Tap a Proposal Number to view any opportunity from the list.
    • The Opportunities detail screen displays.
  3. Towards the top-right of the screen, tap Edit.
    • The Opportunities screen is in edit mode.
  4. Tap any field.
    • The edit options for that field display.
  5. Make the adjustments you want, and towards the top right of the screen tap Done.
  6. Repeat editing additional fields as needed, then tap Save.
    • The updated Opportunities record displays.

You can also edit an Opportunity record direct from the relevant prospect's Prospect Summary through the Go To menu.

 

 Viewing Action, Gift and Memo records associated with an Opportunity record

  1. On My Homepage tap Opportunities.
    • The Opportunities screen displays, defaulted to display your own active records (i.e., the filter towards the top-left of the screen is defaulted to Owned by Me (Open)).
    • Next to the drop-down menu, optionally tap the arrow icon to adjust the sort order of the list, or select another choice from the drop-down menu.
  2. Tap a Proposal Number to view any opportunity from the list.
    • The Opportunities detail screen displays.
  3. Towards the bottom-right of the screen, tap the ellipsis icon.
    • The View Associated menu displays.
  4. Tap any menu option: Actions, Gifts or Memos.
    • A list of any existing records for the selected option displays; tap any record to review additional details.

You can also get to an Opportunity record direct from a Prospect Summary through the Go To menu.

Getting to the Organization Dashboard

    1. Towards the top-right of most ClearView CRM Mobile screens, tap the main menu iconmenuIcon

    2. Tap Organization Dashboard.
      • The Dashboard screen displays.
    3. Tap any dashboard to review prospect activity of that nature.

 

Working with Organization Dashboards

  1. Towards the top-right of most ClearView CRM Mobile screens, tap the main menu iconmenuIcon
    • The main menu screen displays.
  2. Tap Organization Dashboard.
    • The Dashboard screen displays.
  3. Tap any dashboard to review prospect activity of that nature:
    gift-main Gifts Dashboard:
    Displays a list of gifts from prospects Received Past 30 Days by your organization. From the drop-down menu, select a different filter option such as gifts Received Today or Major Gifts Past 30 Days.
    member-main Memberships Dashboard:
    Displays a list of prospects that have Reinstated Memberships with your organization. From the drop-down menu, select a different filter option such as Gift Memberships or Renewed Memberships.
    payment-main Payments Dashboard:
    Displays a list of payments Received Past 7 Days by your organization. From the drop-down menu, select a different option, such as payments Received Today.
    registration-main Registrations Dashboard:
    Displays a list of prospects who Registered Past 7 Days for an event with your organization. From the drop-down menu, select a different filter option such as Registered Today.
    cake-main Birthdays Dashboard:
    Displays a list of your prospects with birthdays for the Next 30 Days (Mine Only). For prospects to be included in your list, you must be indicated as the Solicitor on their Prospect record, and the prospects must have Date of Birth on file in their Additional Demographics record.

 

 

Calling a prospect

  1. On My Homepage tap Phone Call.
    • The Call screen displays, which includes a list of your Recently Viewed prospects.
  2. Tap a Recently Viewed prospect, or tap Search and enter a prospect's name.
    • After tapping a prospect, the Select Phone Number pop-up window displays.
  3. From the Select Phone Number list tap a number.
    • The primary phone number is the first contact listed.
  4. Tap Call, and ClearView CRM Mobile dials the selected phone number.
    • After you complete your call, the Create Action for Phone Call? pop-up window displays.  Optionally document your call in an Action record.

Additionally, you can call prospects directly from their Prospect Summary record.

 

Creating an Action record after making a phone call

After completing your call, you can optionally record your call notes and other information:

  1. Tap Yes to create an Action record of your call.
    • The Add Action screen displays.
    • Optionally enter any additional details, such as your notes in Remarks.
  2. Tap Save.
    • The record is saved as a Completed Action, and the Call screen displays.

Using the footer menu Make Phone Call feature

  1. Search for a prospect
  2. Towards the bottom of the screen, tap the phone iconphone
    • The Select Phone Number pop-up window displays.
  3. Tap the desired phone number, then tap Call.
    • The phone number is called.
  4. After your call is complete, optionally create an Action record to document your call:
    • In the Create Action for Phone Call? pop-up window, tap Yes.
    • The Add Action screen displays.
    • Enter information in the mandatory fields that are indicated with asterisks, and any additional details you want such as Action Type and Remark.
    • Towards the top-right of the screen, tap Save.
    • The action is saved, and the Prospect Summary screen displays.

Using the footer menu Send Email feature

  1. Search for a prospect
  2. Towards the bottom of the screen, tap the envelope iconemail
    • The Select Email pop-up window displays.
  3. Tap the desired email address, then tap Email.
    • Your email client launches, with the selected email address filled into the recipient field.
  4. Towards the top-left of the screen, tap Back to ClearViewCRM Mobile to return to ClearView CRM Mobile after you send your email.

 

Using the footer menu Locate feature

  1. Search for a prospect
  2. Towards the bottom of the screen, tap the marker iconlocate
    • The Select Address pop-up menu displays.
  3. Tap the desired address, then tap Locate.
    • Your device's map application displays, pinpointing the selected address.
  4. Toward the top-left of the screen, tap Back to ClearViewCRM Mobile to return to ClearView CRM Mobile after you locate the prospect.

Once your prospect is located, use the mapping application's features and determine the best route to reach your destination.

You can also see a prospect's location on a map using the Locate feature found on My Homepage.

 

Using the footer menu Add Action feature

  1. Search for a prospect
  2. Towards the bottom of the screen, tap the clipboard iconaction-add
    • The Add Action screen displays.
  3. Enter information in the mandatory fields that are indicated with an asterisk, and any additional details such as Action Type and Remark.
  4. Towards the top-right of the screen, tap Save.
    • The action is saved, and the Prospect Summary screen displays.

Using the footer menu Export Contact feature

  1. Search for a prospect
  2. Towards the bottom of the screen, tap the person with arrow iconsend-contact
    • The Export Contact Information pop-up window displays.
  3. Confirm which information you want exported from ClearView CRM Mobile, and tap Export.
    • The Export Contact Information pop-up window displays, indicating if the export was successful.
  4. Tap Done.
    • The Prospect Summary screen displays.

 

Using the footer menu Create Notification feature

  1. Search for a prospect
  2. Towards the bottom of the screen, tap the bell iconnotification
    • The Create Notification screen displays.
  3. From the Select Recipients drop-down menu, tap one or more recipients to receive the notification.
  4. In the Message box, type your message.
  5. Tap Send.
    • The Prospect Summary screen displays, and your message has been sent.

  1. Search for a prospect
  2. Towards the bottom-right of the screen, tap the ellipsis icon.
    • The Go To menu displays.
  3. Tap Addresses.
    • The Addresses screen displays.
  4. Tap an address to view the details of the record.
    • The Addresses detail screen displays.
  5. Flick down the screen to review the details of the record.
  6. Towards the bottom-left of the screen, page through multiple records.
  7. Towards the top-right of the screen, optionally tap Edit to modify the record.
    • The Addresses screen is in edit mode.
  8. Tap a field you want to modify.
    • The edit options for that field display.
  9. Make the adjustments you want, and toward the top-right of the screen tap Done.
  10. Repeat editing additional fields as needed, then tap Save.
      • The updated Addresses record displays.

     

Using the Go To menu Attachments feature

  1. Search for a prospect
  2. Towards the bottom-right of the screen, tap the ellipsis icon.
    • The Go To menu displays.
  3. Tap Attachments.
    • The Attachments screen displays.
  4. Tap any attachment to view the file.
    • The file displays; tap Done after you view the file
  5. To attach a new image to the prospect record, towards the top-right of the screen tap the plus iconadd
    • The Attach Image pop-up window displays.
  6. Tap either Photo Library or Take Photo to attach an image.
      • After you take a photo or select an image from your own image library, the image is uploaded to the prospect record and made available from the Attachments screen.

     

Using the Go To menu Donations feature

    1. Search for a prospect
    2. Towards the bottom-right of the screen, tap the ellipsis icon.
      • The Go To menu displays.
    3. Tap Donations.
      • The Gifts screen displays.
    4. Tap any gift to view the details of the record.
      • The Gifts detail screen displays.
    5. Flick down the screen to review the details of the record.
    6. Towards the bottom-left of the screen, page through multiple records.

 

Using the Go To menu Email feature

  1. Search for a prospect
  2. Towards the bottom-right of the screen, tap the ellipsis icon.
    • The Go To menu displays.
  3. Tap Emails.
    • The Emails screen displays.
  4. Tap an email address to view the details of the record.
    • The Emails detail screen displays.
  5. Flick down the screen to review the details of the record.
  6. Towards the bottom-left of the screen, page through multiple records.
  7. Towards the top-right of the screen, optionally tap Edit to modify the record.
    • The Emails screen is in edit mode.
  8. Tap a field you want to modify.
    • The edit options for that field display.
  9. Make the adjustments you want, and toward the top-right of the screen tap Done.
  10. Repeat editing additional fields as needed, then tap Save.
      • The updated Emails record displays.

     

Using the Go To menu Memos feature

  1. Search for a prospect
  2. Towards the bottom-right of the screen, tap the ellipsis icon.
    • The Go To menu displays.
  3. Tap Memos.
    • The Memos screen displays.
  4. Work with memos:
    • To edit a memo: Tap a memo you want to edit. Towards the top-right of the screen tap Edit. Tap any field you want to modify. Make any adjustments, and toward the top-right of the screen tap Done. Repeat editing additional fields as needed, then tap Save.
    • To create a new memo: Towards the top-right of the screen, tap the plus icon. The Add Memo screen displays. Enter information into the mandatory fields that are indicated with asterisks and any additional details you want such as Date and Text. Then tap Save.
  5. The Memos record displays.
      • Continue working with memos as needed.

     

Using the Go To menu Opportunities feature

  1. Search for a prospect
  2. Towards the bottom-right of the screen, tap the ellipsis icon.
    • The Go To menu displays.
  3. Tap Opportunities.
    • The Opportunities screen displays.
  4. Tap any opportunity to view the details of the record.
    • The Opportunities detail screen displays.
  5. Work with the opportunity.

Using the Go To menu Payments feature

    1. Towards the bottom-right of the screen, tap the ellipsis icon.
      • The Go To menu displays.
    2. Tap Payments.
      • The Payments screen displays.
    3. Tap any payment to view the details of the record.
      • The Payments detail screen displays.
    4. Flick down the screen to review the details of the record.
    5. Towards the bottom-left of the screen, page through multiple records.

 

Using the Go To menu Phones feature

  1. Search for a prospect
  2. Towards the bottom-right of the screen, tap the ellipsis icon.
    • The Go To menu displays.
  3. Tap Phones.
    • The Phone Numbers screen displays.
  4. Tap a phone number to view the details of the record.
    • The Phone Numbers detail screen displays.
  5. Flick down the screen to review the details of the record.
  6. Towards the bottom-left of the screen, page through multiple records.
  7. Towards the top-right of the screen, optionally tap Edit to modify the record.
    • The Phone Numbers screen is in edit mode.
  8. Tap a field you want to modify.
    • The edit options for that field display.
  9. Make the adjustments you want, and toward the top-right of the screen tap Done.
  10. Repeat editing additional fields as needed, then tap Save.
    • The updated Phone Numbers record displays.

Using the Go To menu Research feature

    1. Search for a prospect
    2. Towards the bottom-right of the screen, tap the ellipsis icon.
      • The Go To menu displays.
    3. Tap Research.
      • The Research screen displays.
    4. Flick down the screen to review the list of records.

Prospect Summary - Getting to and using a Prospect Summary

  1. Search for a prospect
  2. Click any tab to review the prospect's summary information:
    • Key Info: Displays a prospect's Contact Info (both primary and additional contact information) and select Demographics including Date of Birth, Spouse Name, and other demographic data.
    • Prospect Overview: Displays summary information about the prospect's general demographics and giving history with your organization and can include details like Total Giving, Most Recent Gift, Most Recent Gift Date, Marital Status, Spouse Date of Birth, and other kinds of data.
    • Touches: Displays an overview of the prospect's interactions with your organization, including Lifetime Total Touches, Email and Phone Call counts with the most recent contact dates, and other summary calculations.

The content of the Prospect Overview tab can be configured by a ClearView administrator.

 

Prospect Summary - Getting to and using a Prospect Detail record

  1. Search for a prospect
  2. Towards the top-right of the record, next to the prospect's name, tap the arrow icon.
    • The Prospect Detail screen displays.
    • Flick the screen to go down through the record.
  3. To optionally edit a portion of the record, towards the top-right of the screen tap Edit.
    • The Prospect Detail screen is in edit mode.
  4. Tap any field that you want to edit.
    • The edit options for that field display.
  5. Make adjustments, then towards the top-right of the screen tap Done.
  6. Repeat editing additional fields as needed, then tap Save.
      • The updated Prospect Detail record displays.

     

Prospect Summary - Adding a profile image to a Prospect record

  1. Search for a prospect
  2. Towards the top-left of the screen, tap the photo placeholder image.
    • The Attachments screen displays.
  3. Tap the add icon.
    • The Attach Image pop-up window displays.
  4. Upload an image using one of these options:
    • Photo Library: ClearView CRM Mobile will ask permission to access your mobile devices photos.  Tap a desired photo from your library.
    • Take Photo:  ClearView CRM Mobile will activate your mobile device's camera so you can take a photo.
    • After you upload a photo, the Image Selector screen displays.
  5. Type a Description for the image, and towards the top-right of the screen tap Save.
    • The Attachments screen displays.
  6. Tap the image you just uploaded to set it as the prospect's profile image.
    • A confirmation pop-up window displays.
  7. Tap Confirm.
      • The Prospect Summary screen displays with the updated profile image.

     

Prospect Summary - Updating a Prospect record profile image

      1. Search for a prospect
      2. Towards the top-left of the screen, tap the existing 

profile image

    • The Attachments screen displays.
  1. Change the image using one of these options:
    • Tap another existing image, and tap Confirm to make it the prospect's profile image.
    • Tap the add icon, and add a new image.

 

Prospect Summary - Getting to and using the Prospect record Go To menu

  1. Search for a prospect
  2. Towards the bottom-right of the record, tap the ellipsis icon.
    • The Go To menu displays.
  3. Select an option from the menu.
    • The screen for the option you selected displays.

Prospect Summary - Getting to and using Prospect record footer bar features

  1. Search for a prospect.
    • The Prospect Summary screen for the selected prospect displays.
  2. At the bottom of the screen, on the footer bar tap any icon you want:
    • phone Phone Call: Call the prospect, and optionally enter an Action record to document your call.
    • email Email: Send the prospect an email using your own email client. Your email client will launch, with the prospect's primary email address filled into the recipient field.
    • locate Locate: Quickly pinpoint the prospect's address using the application's map function, and get directions.
    • action-add Add Action: Enter an Action record to document a pending or completed interaction with the prospect, such as a meeting, phone call or written correspondence.
    • send-contact Export Contact Information: Export the prospect's contact information to your mobile device.
    • notification Create Notification: Send an internal Notification message to one or multiple ClearView users about the prospect.

Prospect Search - Searching for a prospect record

  1. On My Homepage tap Search.
    • The Search screen displays, which includes a list of your Recently Viewed prospects.
  2. Tap a Recently Viewed prospect from the list, or tap Search, and enter a prospect's name.
    • After searching, tap the desired prospect to navigate to the Prospect Summary.

 

Prospect Search - Creating a new prospect record

  1. On My Homepage, tap Search.
    • The Search screen displays, which includes a list of your Recently Viewed prospects.
  2. Next to the Search field, tap the add icon.
    • The Add Prospect pop-up window displays.
  3. Tap New.
    • The Add Prospect screen displays.
  4. Enter name and home contact information about the new prospect, and then tap Save.

 

Prospect Search - Importing a new prospect to ClearView CRM Mobile

  1. On My Homepage tap Search.
    • The Search screen displays, which includes a list of your Recently Viewed prospects.
  2. Next to the Search field, tap the add icon.
    • The Add Prospect pop-up window displays.
  3. Tap Import.
    • Import scans your mobile device for any address, phone or email information, and the Import Contact screen displays listing those findings.
  4. Tap the contact you want to import.
    • The Import Contact Information pop-up window displays.
  5. Select the data you want imported into ClearView CRM Mobile and tap Done.
    • The Import Contact screen displays.
  6. Enter mandatory and any additional information about the imported prospect, and then tap Save.

 

Prospect Search - Exporting a prospect to a mobile device

  1. On My Homepage tap Prospect Search.
    • The Search screen displays, which includes a list of your Recently Viewed prospects.
  2. Tap a Recently Viewed prospect from the list, or tap Search and enter a prospect's name.
    • After searching, tap the prospect you want to export.
    • The selected prospect's Prospect Summary displays.
  3. Toward the bottom of the screen, tap the person with arrow icon.
    • The Export Contact Information pop-up window displays.
  4. Confirm the data you want exported from ClearView CRM Mobile, and tap Export.
    • The Export Contact Information pop-up window displays, indicating if the export was successful.
  5. Tap Done.
