Touches Tab

1.  While viewing a Prospect Summary , towards the top-right of the summary click the Add Tab button .

2.  Find the Touches tab in the Add Tab library :
• to scan through the entire list of options, use the scroll bar.
• to narrow options, click within the sidebar to use the Actions Categories link .
• to search options, type “touches” and click Go to display results.

3.  Click the Touches tab’s associated Add Now button to display it on the prospect summary or click the Cancel link to return to the Prospect Summary page without making any changes.
• If added, the tab is displayed as the last tab on the prospect summary.

1.  Click on the Touches tab .

 If no touches exist for the prospect record, a warning will display . 

 Some data for this tab is generated from the data warehouse; it is up to date as of the time stamp  for that portion of the tab.  If the prospect record itself has not been updated in the data warehouse, an error message will display indicating as such.

 Touches listed in the Recent Completed Activity section  are updated in real time and are not dependent on the data warehouse.  To ensure you are viewing the most up-to-date list of touches available, you may click on the Refresh icon  in the top-right hand corner of the Touches tab at anytime.

2.  Review any existing touches history for the prospect record:
• In the Prior 12 Months section  of the tab, hover over any point in the graph to display the number of touches represented by that point.
• The Most Recently Completed Activities section  of the tab displays the top five most recent actions with the prospect; click the View More link  for the full list of actions on record.

 The counts in the Lifetime Activity section  of the tab displays totals for all actions on record for the prospect: both open and completed actions.

1.  On the Touches tab , click the Settings gear link .

2.  On the tab, click the field in which the current name is displayed  and retype the name as desired.

Tab names are not limited in character length. Names longer than the entire length of all tabs will trigger scroll arrows and a drop-down menu to appear. These allow you to scroll over to other tabs, or from the drop-down menu click a tab that is not currently in view from a drop-down menu.

3.  Click the Done button.

 Be aware that this changes the name of the Touches tab on all prospect summaries when using this Prospect Summary View.

1.  On the Touches tab , click the Settings gear link .

2.  On the tab, click the green arrows  to change the position of the tab as desired:
• Click the left or right arrow to move the tab one place accordingly.
• Click the left or right lined arrow to move the tab all the way to the end of the order accordingly.

3.  Click the Done button.

 Be aware that this changes the name of the Touches tab on all prospect summaries when using this Prospect Summary View.

1.  On the Touches tab , click the Settings gear link .

2.  Toward the right of the tab, click the garbage can icon  to immediately delete the tab from the prospect summary.

A warning notification  will appear confirming that the tab has been deleted and giving you the opportunity to Undo the deletion, should you choose.

Be aware that this deletes the Touches tab on all prospect summaries when using this Prospect Summary View.
