About the Volunteer tabVolunteer records added by you or by anyone to a prospect record can be displayed using the Volunteer tab on a prospect summary page.The Volunteer tab is defaulted to show up to five records, which are initially ordered by most recent Start Date. Up to ten rows can be displayed; configure rows shown and other tab settings to best suit your needs. View More access to the Volunteers full-page data table is available. The Volunteer tab is immediately updated as soon as any new volunteer records are added, or current records are changed. Refreshing the tab displays the most current records available, even moments after they were added or revised. Consult the Volunteer tab for information about a prospect’s volunteering activity within your organization.
If no volunteer records exist for the prospect, a status bar will indicate that no information is available for display on this tab.
