About prospect summary view administrationAs a ClearView administrator, you can assign pre-configured prospect summary views to your users on an individual basis. You can also share prospect summary views with users organization-wide, or using role-by-role criteria. Access to the portion of administrative features is available through the link on the user menu drop-down list. Prospect Summary Views Administration Create prospect summary views within application Settings, through Manage Prospect Summary Views using the Create New Prospect Summary View link.
If a user is added to a role or to the organization after a prospect summary view is assigned, that user is automatically provided access to any views previously assigned to their role and/or the entire organization.
The ability for users to copy prospect summary views and change default views are determined by individual user privileges. If you prefer that users not be able to change their default prospect summary view as set by your organization, adjust user privileges accordingly.
Assigned prospect summary views are available to users from their Switch Views drop-down list, as well as through their Manage Prospect Summary Views list within application Settings.
Any prospect summary view assigned as default to users can be, but does not have to be the same as your own personal default.
In order to select a prospect summary view as a default for a user or group of users, it must first be shared with users through the Assign Prospect Summary Views administrative feature.
Configure prospect summary views that are helpful to users in varying roles, or across your organization. Arrange tabs in a way that guides users through a series of actions, supporting their task effectiveness, productivity and daily routines. |
