About Table Maintenance
Table Maintenance is one of many ways ClearView CRM provides you the ability to customize your experience to suit the unique needs of your organization. With Table Maintenance, you can modify data options by creating, editing, mapping, or deleting codes, thus enhancing your ability to configure the choices available to your organization from the related data table's lookup. With proper privileges to access this Administration feature, you can add new codes, edit descriptions, and expire/unexpire codes for a subset of tables all within ClearView CRM. Use Table Maintenance to create assignable codes to connect and better align your prospects according to specific kinds of data. If you do not have access to this feature, please contact your ClearView Administrator or Client Services.
