About personal settingsPersonal Settings allow you to change your password, update your email address or generate tokens to use with external applications. Easily update your password as often as you feel necessary, or as prescribed by your organization. Passwords must be at least eight characters in length, include at least one numeric value, and are case sensitive. You will be prompted to change your password after 90 days. If your password is due to be reset, a warning icon will appear next to your User Menu. Click the warning icon for access to change your password settings. You can not use your current password as your new one. If you do not change your password by the expiration date, you will have to contact Client Services to reactivate your account. Instantly add or update your email address at your discretion to ensure that notifications are delivered to your preferred inbox. If you prefer not to receive email updates in addition to internal ClearView notifications, remove your email address from your ClearView account.Activating Watch settings for a prospect allows you to receive automatic notifications when changes are made to the prospect record in accordance with your specified watch settings configuration. Confirm that your email address is set accurately to ensure that you receive email updates along with ClearView notifications. |
