From a Prospect Summary, use the footer menu options to act on the prospect record in various ways. This includes: Make Phone Call, Send Email, Locate Address, Add Action, Export Contact and Create Notification.
Using the footer menu Make Phone Call feature
- Search for a prospect.
- The Prospect Summary screen for the selected prospect displays.
- Towards the bottom of the screen, tap the phone icon.
- The Select Phone Number pop-up window displays.
- Tap the desired phone number, then tap Call.
- The phone number is called.
- After your call is complete, optionally create an Action record to document your call:
- In the Create Action for Phone Call? pop-up window, tap Yes.
- The Add Action screen displays.
- Enter information in the mandatory fields that are indicated with asterisks, and any additional details you want such as Action Type and Remark.
- Towards the top-right of the screen, tap Save.
- The action is saved, and the Prospect Summary screen displays.

Using the footer menu Send Email feature
- Search for a prospect.
- The Prospect Summary screen for the selected prospect displays.
- Towards the bottom of the screen, tap the envelope icon.
- The Select Email pop-up window displays.
- Tap the desired email address, then tap Email.
- Your email client launches, with the selected email address filled into the recipient field.
- Towards the top-left of the screen, tap Back to ClearViewCRM Mobile to return to ClearView CRM Mobile after you send your email.
Using the footer menu Locate feature
- Search for a prospect.
- The Prospect Summary screen for the selected prospect displays.
- Towards the bottom of the screen, tap the marker icon.
- The Select Address pop-up menu displays.
- Tap the desired address, then tap Locate.
- Your device's map application displays, pinpointing the selected address.
- Toward the top-left of the screen, tap Back to ClearViewCRM Mobile to return to ClearView CRM Mobile after you locate the prospect.
Once your prospect is located, use the mapping application's features and determine the best route to reach your destination.

Using the footer menu Add Action feature
- Search for a prospect.
- The Prospect Summary screen for the selected prospect displays.
- Towards the bottom of the screen, tap the clipboard icon.
- The Add Action screen displays.
- Enter information in the mandatory fields that are indicated with an asterisk, and any additional details as you want such as Action Type and Remark.
- Towards the top-right of the screen, tap Save.
- The action is saved, and the Prospect Summary screen displays.

Using the footer menu Export Contact feature
- Search for a prospect.
- The Prospect Summary screen for the selected prospect displays.
- Towards the bottom of the screen, tap the person with arrow icon.
- The Export Contact Information pop-up window displays.
- Confirm which information you want exported from ClearView CRM Mobile, and tap Export.
- The Export Contact Information pop-up window displays, indicating if the export was successful.
- Tap Done.
- The Prospect Summary screen displays.
Using the footer menu Create Notification feature
- Search for a prospect.
- The Prospect Summary screen for the selected prospect displays.
- Towards the bottom of the screen, tap the bell icon.
- The Create Notification screen displays.
- From the Select Recipients drop-down menu, tap one or more recipients to receive the notification.
- In the Message box, type your message.
- Tap Send.
- The Prospect Summary screen displays, and your message has been sent.
