ClearView CRM Mobile Administration
Snapshot
About ClearView CRM Mobile administration
For ClearView users to access ClearView CRM Mobile, ClearView administrators must first put users in a ClearView Role that grants the Mobile Feature Access permission to users in that role. ClearView users assigned to a role with that permission can log into the mobile application with their usual ClearView login credentials.
Additionally, to access mobile configuration features, ClearView administrators also need the Mobile Feature Access permission granted to their own ClearView Role.
Once you have applied the mobile permission to your own role, as a ClearView administrator you can configure select screens in ClearView CRM Mobile. These mobile administrative features are found in the main ClearView application's Administration area.
As a ClearView administrator, you can control particular aspects of these ClearView CRM Mobile screens:
Complete Call Defaults |
When a mobile user opts to create an action after making a phone call, default select Action record fields to streamline mobile user's efforts when documenting their calls. |
Prospect Import Defaults |
Default select fields for prospect records created by a mobile user importing a contact from their own phone into ClearView CRM Mobile. |
Prospect Overview Tab Configuration |
Assign prospect summary views, configure tabs, and set a default view for your users. |
