About the contact information quick view button

The contact information quick view button is a convenient way to access prospect contact information without having to click through multiple pages. Any page of a prospect record allows for one-click access of this handy button to view contact information.

Next to a prospect’s name link within a prospect summary or any detailed record page is the contact information button, which is an icon with three dots. Clicking this button affords you instant access to a pop-up window containing the prospect’s contact information.

The contact information quick view pop-up will display the prospects preferred physical and email addresses, as well as all phone numbers on file, marking their preferred phone number with an asterisk.  If no physical and/or email address is manually designated as preferred by the user entering the information, the first entries are defaulted as such.

The pop-up will remain open until you click elsewhere on the page or navigate to another section.  The pop-up does allow you to click within it without closing.  This affords you the convenience of being able to copy and paste contact information into other places as desired.

 If the quick view button and the prospect's name is in red, this indicates that either the prospect, and/or the prospect's spouse is deceased, based on information recorded within the Additional Demographics table.  Within the contact information quick view window, "Deceased" will appear at the top left corner of the pop-up, with the date of death for both or either party listed, if it is known.
